Can you duplicate Space hierarchies?

How can I duplicate a space hierarchy so that it can be used by another space?

e.g. If two teams need to have different information under the same headings (e.g. Contact Info, Release Process etc.)

Maybe you could create "space templates" ans use the copy space plugin
