Can you bulk upload question and answers?

Hi, I'm moving an existing base of Q&As from a different system into confluence, can this be done in bulk, and if so how?

Hi Bill.

In effect it's going to be a one off, the data is in Salesforce.com, but I also have it as an excel file. What I'm looking to do is import the Q&A's but also manipulate the date & people (IE the person who asked the person\people who answered)
