Can you advise how I resolve the below error please?

Hi, I keep getting the same error message when I upload documents onto Confluence. The message reads - Error rendering macro “view-file” can’t convert an attachment data stream that is not FileWrapper.

woudl you be able to advise how I can resolve this please?

That happens when the macro cannot read the file.  It's either corrupted or in a format the macro can't read.

Thanks Nic. However it happens to every file I’ve uploaded. Also previous files I have uploaded which I used to be able to view are no longer viewable. Do you have any idea as to why this may be happening please?

Hmm, that suggests the macro has been broken instead.  Have you installed or upgraded anything recently?   Also, do you have any "user macros" defined?

Think we may have found the answer...  we need to reinstall the file plugin. This will prevent them issue from occurring hopefully.
