Hello,
Context:
Instead of users being able to request access to Confluence/Jira we would like a page where we could re-direct them to a Company Owned ticketing system in order for them to create a ticket there.
We would also be satisfied with a possibility of removing the Access Request possibility and editing the page in order to be able to add an URL to the Ticketing Platform.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
