Is it possible to create a macro for tables? The use case here is suppose I have a table for book summary.
[book name] [text]
[book author] [text]
[book summary] [text]
Instead of copy-and-paste the same table multiple times for each book, how do I create a template/macro for a table? Doesn't seem like there is a way currently... is there an add-on for this?
@Ye Welcome to the community!
Does this table need to be shown multiple times on the same page or are you doing a new page for each book? I have set up a page template that includes tables, but the page is pretty formulaic for each item (its an index of plants I have in my garden)
To create a new template,
Go into the Space Settings and click on Content Tools. There you can create new templates. and save them for future use. It will save your layout. I put in place holders that describe the information that needs to go in each section or table.
Hope that helps!
