Can we change the confluence links which are mentioned in confluence

Example:

Is there a way to find out if there are any mention of full url inside confluence and replace that URL with new URL?

As far as I know, there's no native Confluence feature that allows you to do this. We use Link Management for Confluence to identify broken links.
