Can we associate multiple labels with the same Topic in Confluence Questions

For example -let's say I want to subscribe to all questions about a certain topic.  Can I specify all the possible keywords someone might type and say these are all part of ONE topic and then I get notified?

Unfortunately not. A topic is in fact a label and vice-versa.
