Can the page title URLs be configured to follow the breadcrumbs?

Having the following breadcrumb:

Pages / Product / PAIM / 3.0.0 / 03 / 1 - Create an Account

Right now we have links like:
https://www.host.com/display/PROD/1+-+Create+an+Account

What would be great is if it were breadcrumbed to match the structure:

https://www.host.com/product/paim/3-0-0/03/1-Create-an-Account

Is it possible to configure something like this or close. Or at least set a pattern for replacing characters. For example instead of replacing spaces with the + (plus) sing use the - (dash) sign?

No, there's no way to match the urls to breadcrumbs.

You can change the + character, but you'd need to make some changes in the core code, which is not recommended, and it breaks some add-ons.
