I can't update "Connection Timeouts" in General Configuration even though I am a sysadmin. The section is disabled when I click Edit button on the right side of it. On the other hand, I can update "Attachment Settings". Are there any conditions to update this connection settings?
Only Atlassian are system admins on Cloud systems. The timeout setting is something limited to them in Cloud, you can't change it.
