Can't turn off Daily Digest

I'd like to turn off the Confluence Daily Digest for my account, but the checkboxes are all greyed out. I've tried following the "Update your email settings" link in the emails and I've tried going to my Email Settings from my Confluence profile button in the top right. Probably you have to scroll down on the page and click the edit button before the checkboxes become clickable.
