Can't login on Chrome or Safari even after following setting instruction for cookies

Tried to login with a couple direct links to the projects (Confluence space) and none worked. Followed the 'allow cookie' and 'unblock third-party cookies' and restarting program...none action worked.

It keeps saying 'Something has gone wrong' and the 'try again' button. Tried that too.

What else to try?

Welcome to Atlassian Community. The error you're seeing is a generic error and it's hard to say why you might be running into it.

What is the format of the direct link you're using? Are you able to login to Confluence directly? It will also help us if you can share a screenshot of the error you are experiencing.

My case might be network related. I resolved it by connecting it to a personal hotspot, login, then switch back to company wifi connection. Thanks.
