Can't insert row

I can't insert row after current row.

Is there any restriction for inserting row?

I found problem.

First line doesn't contain line for comment section.
Table wasn't created correctly that's why I couldn't add new row to table:

[Jack Nolddor [Sweet Bananas]]

Does a new row appear after pressing the Tab key within the last Colum/row?
