Can't import Conflunece calendat into Outlook New

When I try to subscribe to the Conflunece calendar from Outlook new, I always receive the error "Couldn't import calendar. Try again later"

I tried to follow instruction how to do it including installing CalDav Snchronizer (that doesn't show up in Outlook New) but I can't find any instruction how to perform this import with the new version of Outlook.

Can you please help?

The answer there does not help. It integrates the Outlook calendar to Confluence, which is the reverse of what we expect.
