Can't get to Global Configuration > Advanced to change date picker formats

After trying to follow instructions from;

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Customising+the+Look+and+Feel#CustomisingtheLookandFeel-datepickerformats

and

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Advanced+Settings

I can not locate the Advanced screen they refer to.

I have an Advanced menu down the left side of the Global Configuration page with sub-menu's of Indexing | Attachments | Events | Webhooks | Services | Scheme tools

I've looked through those menus but can't find any way to access the date picker formatting files.

Hi,

The advanced settings in JIRA aren't actually available on OnDemand unfortunately, you can check out our restricted functions page for more information. If you do want to change any of these settings you just need to log a support ticket (which I see you've already done) and we'll sort it out for you. :)
