I am trying to log in into my Atlassian confluence URL https://ceijm2025.atlassian.net/ but I am not able to find my data, my spaces and my work. I am getting the below:

Page unavailable

Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.

Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.
What happened? What can I do?

Hi @CEIJM

“Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable” typically indicates an inactive Free Confluence site.

https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Atlassian-Jira-JSM-Confluence-Free-Tier-Inactivity-amp-Data/ba-p/3251237

@Trudy P Claspill tested this during 2026 and documented the observed sequence

Day 26: first warning

Day 33: second warning

Day 40: Free subscription deactivated

Day 55: data permanently deleted

Check Atlassian Administration → Billing → Subscriptions → Inactive for ceijm2025.atlassian.net. If found, select Reactivate immediately, as data is held for only 15 days after deactivation before permanent deletion.

If missing or reactivation fails, contact Atlassian Billing Support to check the backend status. Also check your admin email inbox and spam for recent inactivity warnings.

Best,

Hi @CEIJM!

I checked Atlassian Status and there are no known incidents reported right now — all systems are operational. So this is likely specific to your site.

The "Page unavailable - Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable" message usually means one of the following:

1. Your Confluence subscription has expired or been deactivated

  • Go to admin.atlassian.com and check if Confluence is still listed under Products
  • If you're on a Free plan, verify that the site hasn't been deactivated due to inactivity — Atlassian deactivates free sites after a period of no usage
  • Check Billing to see if there are any overdue payments or expired trials

2. Your site was deleted or renamed

  • In admin.atlassian.com, check under Sites and products if the site ceijm2025.atlassian.net still exists
  • If the site was accidentally deleted, Atlassian can restore it within a certain period — you'll need to contact support

Recommended next steps:

  1. Log in to admin.atlassian.com and verify the site status and Confluence product availability
  2. If the site appears there but Confluence is missing or deactivated, try re-adding it from Products → Add product
  3. If the site doesn't appear at all, contact Atlassian Support — include your site URL (ceijm2025.atlassian.net) and the email address associated with your account so they can investigate the site status on the backend

Hope you get your data back soon!
