Can't create new space

I would like to connect confluence to my jira project

I click 'Connect to space' --> Crate new confluence space
and it show error 'Connection failed'
(I changed difference browsers already chrome, safari and it's still show same error)

I'm not sure what should I do, need help.

There may be an issue with the Application Links of your Cloud site, if both the Jira site and the Confluence site are on the same server. We can have a look at that for you and refresh the links if necessary.

To do that, you can raise a ticket with Atlassian Cloud Support, provided you are one of the site admins, trusted contact, or primary billing/technical contact. If not, please report the issue first to your site admin, and they can raise the case with us and provide access to your site.
