Can't create new space after upgrade

Hi! After upgrade to 6.12 i can't create new space with "An Unknown Server Error Occurred".

(REST return 500)

In atlassian-confluence.log i can find only something like this:

I am using MS SQL 2014 database.

Something else (like comments, new blog posts, etc. seems to work)

Do you have any ideas?

The problem start only after upgrade to 6.12 version...

Unfortunately, we discover it too late an there is a lot of new information in database, so i can't easily revert to 6.10.

Interesting, that direct link like "/confluence/spaces/createspace-start.action?src=spacemenu" works. I will use this workaround and may be backup all to XML and revert to 6.10 in weekend.

I just export all to xml and reinstall from scratch and restore from xml backup. With 6.10.2 all works well, but after upgrade to 6.11.2 broken again.... I will use 6.10.2, until discover problem.
