I use Confluence Cloud in Google Chrome (83.0.4103.116) and I can't create a new page when I am on a page. Clicking the button create adds ?createDialog=true to the URL, but nothing happens. I installed Firefox and I have the same issue there.
When I enter the Space Configuration menu and click on create, then the new page dialogue shows up and I can create a new page.
Now it works. No idea if Atlassian changed something on their end or if I wasn't allowed to create new pages as a new customer for the first days.
Will try to investigate it more and close this if I don't see any more problems.
Hi @Aramegil App,
Thank you for contacting us about this. There's nothing in our system that would prevent you from creating new pages as a new customer.
I reviewed open support tickets during that time, but I wasn't able to verify any issues at the time of your report that would've caused this problem.
When it was happening for you, there was no error message in your browser, is that right? Did you have any other users who were encountering the same problem?
I would recommend making sure your browser is on the latest version. If you or one of your users runs into the issue again, please let me know, and I can get this over to Support so we can have a look at your site logs.
Take care,
Shannon

Hello @Petro Loboda,
Thank you for reporting this and welcome to Atlassian Community!
I'd love for us to have a look and see why you're encountering this issue at the moment. We'll need to gather your information through a support ticket. If you are a primary contact or site administrator for your Confluence site, please raise a ticket with Cloud Support. If you are not, you will want to report this to your administrator so we can get that started.
In the meantime, I've discovered that in recent cases where this has occurred, the issue resolves on its own. To fix the issue, you can try disabling all browser extensions, loading the page in Incognito mode, and clearing your browser cache.
Let me know if you have any trouble.
Take care,
Shannon
