See attached.

We can connect ok via MS Explorer and Edge.

When opening qtest directly in chrome, I indeed get a warning about an invalid certificate so I suspect this matter needs to be escalated to qtest however reaching out to the A community for any other info that might help us.

Hello there Robert!
Thanks for having already tried out other browsers. However, could you clarify some points:

  1. Can you access the desired URL directly in those working browsers?
  2. Was there any kind of change applied to your instance prior to this?
  3. Has this worked at some point in the past?
  4. Is this behaviour present in another machine as well?
  5. Are you using a HTML Macro to connect to this URL?

Looking forward to your reply!
