Can't allow the anonymous access in free plan

Hello,

 

 

I can't allow the access for anonymous users for my confluence space on free plan. The configuration of anonymous access doesn't seem to be active. 

Is it correct? How I may allow the access to my pages to random users?

Correct, permissions cannot be changed on the free plan.
