Can't add element to outer list after filling in the inner lists.

I  have a list like this:

  - A

  - B

      - 1

      - 2

      - 3

And I want to add a new 'C' element. I tried to get the indentation option to show up, but that did not seem possible on the web version. I could not properly show this in the email, as there was now way to create it with this editor. I was able to create it in confluence by cutting and pasting from a Word document.

I don't know if it's hosted or not, but the url is:

In Microsoft Word this is accomplished by adding new text and changing the indentation level.

Hello there!

David, you should be able to achieve this doing the following:

1. Create a new list with the bullet list or numbered list tool
2. Insert the desired elements prior to the third major one, like this:
   1. 
3. Now, press the enter/return key, inserting a new item, like this:
   1. 
4. Now we need to press the enter/return key once more. You should get this result:
   1. 
5. You should then be able to insert your next item:
   1.
