I've been going in circles trying to reach support. When I try issueing a ticket, I have to paste my cloud URL, which you can see in the image below:
But when I paste it into the support form, I get the following error:
Any help would be highly appreciated.

I've tried filling out the form, but it still requires me to add my cloud URL, which it can't seem to find. And when I try posting my ticket there is no "send" button or anything of the likes... This is really frustrating...

Just pick option "Continue without logging in". And you will be able to bypass need for Site.

It worked. I used an incognito window and didn't log in.
