Can't I have a TOC without "bullet points?"

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Table of Contents Macro

My headings already are marked 1.0, 2.0 etc by me. I don't want any bullet points of any kind. Isn't it possible to delete or mask those somehow?

To remove the bullet points you could set "List Style" to "none".
