HI @Nigel.Partridge

Welcome to the community!

To make a Confluence page visible only to a specific team, you can adjust the page restrictions like this:

Navigate to the Confluence page you want to restrict.

  1. Click on the Lock Icon: You'll find this in the top-right corner of the page, next to the "Share" button.
  2. Set Page Restrictions:
    • Select "Restrict" to add restrictions.
    • Choose "Only specific people can view or edit" and then add the team members who need access. If using the "Specific Groups" method, ensure the Confluence groups accurately reflect your business manager's team structure.

Hope this helps. Would be happy about an accepted answer then :)
