Hello @Summer Xiong

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When was the last time you accessed the site?

Atlassian has a documented policy about deactivating inactive free subscriptions. Before deactivation they send multiple emails warning about the deactivation. When the site is actually deactivated they send another email warning that the data will be permanently deleted . There is a short period of time at that point when the site can be reactivated and the data recovered.

You can find instructions on reactivating a deactivated subscription here;

https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/

If you have difficulty with that process contact Atlassian Licensing Support by completing the form at this site:

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Hi @Summer Xiong ,

This happens on the Free plan.

Your Confluence site was likely disabled by Atlassian (usually due to inactivity). Because it still exists in the system, you can’t start a new free trial or add it again yourself.

What to do:

Go to admin.atlassian.com and check if the site is listed

Contact Atlassian Support and ask them to restore or unlock the site
