Can no longer paste '&' into the code-block. It will strip all but the '&'.

From a confluence page, add a code-block, next copy this  " & " and paste into the code block. You will find all is striped away except for the '&'. We need to be able to paste in code and have it remain intact.

• Confluence 7.13.0
• Code Marco pluggin 3.0.13

This behavior occurs no matter which 'Syntax Highlighting' or 'Theme' is selected for the code-block.

This issue seems to have been around since 2018, went away, and has now returned with confluence 7.13.0

I tried newcode-macro-plugin-3.0.10.jar - fails to work properly

I even rolled all the way back to newcode-macro-plugin-2.2.8.jar and it still does NOT function as expected. Has this EVER worked properly?

I would have to assume this has NEVER worked.?
