Can no longer Create pages / sub pages after upgrade

Can no longer Create pages / sub pages after upgrade

Upgrades to latest Atlassian Confluence 6.15.4 Using Refined Wiki Theme (but doesnt come up without the theme either) After upgrade i can no longer "Create" - the button is missing from every page/space. Seems like a permissions issue but I can't seem to get to the bottom of it. I've granted myself full confluence administrator to a brand new account and the Create button is still missing

Hi,

did you check the application.log for any errors after upgrade? Are you the only user affected?

We only have 4 users accessing. All users are affected.

Where can i find the log? On my server?
