Hi team!
My question is -
Imagine that we are running a site which should have an extensive FAQs for users.
Can we somehow link then to Confluence Space somehow, so that they will open and the link and view the article?
I don't want them to login, create accounts and whatsoever, just a restricted access to the chosen space in the view-only mode?
Thanks a lot for you r help!
Regards, Daryna
Hi Daryna, that should be easy: just give the view permission to user "Anonymous" and people will see the space without being logged on.
Restrictions on certain pages might also help to disclose some content from Anonymous.

If this is Confluence Cloud, and depending on your network if this is Confluence server, this is possible when you allow anonymous global access, but you may have to manually disallow anonymous view permissions for all the non-FAQ spaces.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi Daryna,
Instant Websites for Confluence Cloud will allow you to publish a Confluence space to a super fast, public website that is mobile responsive. You stick to Confluence for collaboration and as you update the space the changes are reflected on the public website - no login required, and none of the collaboration features of Confluence making it faster to load.
We use it for our product documentation.

Usually what I do is ensure that Anonymous access is enabled. You can leave the Default Space Permissions to exclude Anonymous access, so that you must manually enable spaces to include this permission. This tends to be ideal.
