Can I send notifications other than admins in confluence cloud when the user clicks request access to restricted space. Is there any way to send these notifications to a larger group in confluence cloud?

Hi @sravani vennapusa ,

This is non-configurable. When a user requests access to a restricted page, Confluence will send an email to up to 5 people who are most likely to be able to grant access, in the following order:

1. people who have contributed to the page in the past, can see the page and have “Restrict” or “Admin” space permission (sorted by last edit date)
2. space administrators who can see the page (sorted alphabetically).

As far as I know, these notifications are not configurable. The system is designed to notify users who can grant access (I believe there's some kind of order in which the system sends out notifications).

There's also this known issue when it comes to the request access feature: CONFCLOUD-73450: Request Access feature does not notify space administrators as expected 

As for the feature request itself, there's one for app access request notifications (I couldn't find one specifically for space/page access requests): CLOUD-11052: Ability to specify the user(s) that will receive Access Request notifications

Hi @sravani vennapusa ,

for my knowledge space access request will be addressed to Space Administrators. All admins, for that specific space, should receive an email with that request.
