Can a question emailed in outlook to a co-worker be tracked in Confluence Questions so others can see it?

Title says most of it... in our work environment a lot of questions get asked to subject matter experts via outlook. it would be great to have a plug-in or way to flag the email such that the thread got added to Confluence Questions. Then everyone could see the conversation. Is anything like this possible?

Hello Mike, you can receive a digest of created questions. You will receive notifications when a new one is created, as described in this feature request.

What we do here is to encourage that topics get created directly in that channel - Confluence Questions - prior to continuing with the email discussion thread.

Alternatively you can describe the functioning of the feature and add it to a ticket in http://jira.atlassian.comunder Confluence Questions project, in that manner it can be evaluated to become something delivered in upcoming releases.
