Can I use the Confluence Data Center auto installer in an air gap environment using RHEL8 OS?

We're clustering the Confluence Data Center and we're using RHEL8 for the host(s).  The systems will not have "internet" access, since we are on a private cloud or air gapped.  From the instructions, the cleanest install method is to use the automatic installer .bin but I'm questioning it since I just completed the first install and received the following error: unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML shcema namespace (or is that related to db).

Yes, I've successfully used the installer .bin on a fresh RHEL8-stream install.

Is this the error you're referring to?
