Can I use a template variable to define the page title?

When using a custom template, I have several variables on the page including something like "name of plugin". I'd like this variable name to be the page title, but I can't see a way of creating the page title dynamically like this. Is that possible?

Hi @Glen Young

It's available with user macros which is sadly not present for cloud yet

With templates it's not possible

With Blueprints it's lot of work, you can start playing around here

https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/blueprints/

Here's the reference

Thanks,

Hey @Glen Young

You could check out my team's app Create from Template Pro.

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226632/create-from-template-pro?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

When you add this macro/button to a page, you can set up a custom page title with variables. You can also add custom labels and control the exact location where the page is created.
