Can I update all hyperlinks automatically when duplicating a space?

I've got lots of documents in a space, but I want to change the key.

I know I can't do that, so I thought I'd create a new space with the appropriate key and duplicate the documents.

However, the documents contain hundreds of hyperlinks to files within the space.

Will the hyperlinks in the new space redirect to the old space?

If so, is there any way of updating all the hyperlinks automatically so they redirect to the new space?

TIA

Hi @Ian Smith and welcome to the community.

If you copy it page by page, then the links will not preserved.

Two methods I know work as I tested them - your new space will have the same internal integrity as your existing space.

  • Copy Page Tree app (you can copy the entire tree)
  • Comala Publishing - this is a space-syncing app (sync one Source space to a Target space), but can be used for your purpose.

Both apps support trial period.
