Hello Atlassian Support,

I’m reaching out regarding my Atlassian account associated with the site trbt.atlassian.net.

Unfortunately, I missed the email notification informing me that the account/site would be deactivated, and I can no longer access the documentation stored in Confluence.

I would really appreciate it if you could temporarily reactivate the account/site so I can access Confluence and export/download the documentation and other important data.

I don’t need the account to remain active permanently — temporary access for the purpose of retrieving and backing up the data would be sufficient.

Could you please let me know if it is possible to restore access temporarily and what information you need from me to proceed?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,
Maksym

Hi @Maksym Berdnyk and welcome to the Community!

A fellow champion wrote an extensive article on this matter describing everything you need to know and what you can do in this scenario. Key thing is that your site has not been deactivated for more than 14 days.

In short, you'll need to contact Atlassian Billing, Licensing, & Pricing Support for assistance. Select the options Your account and Reactivate a subscription.

I do recommend reading through the entire article to ensure you know if you're still on track for reactivation and so you know how to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Hope this helps!
