Can I order a table A to Z by the first column?

If not, what would be an alternative?

Hi Samantha,

You can click the table column header to sort it.

If you need to make the sort order persistent, then you can wrap the table with the Table Filter macro and set the default sorting order.

In my case I get a message "You can't sort a table with a merged cell".
