I'm writing a wiki style document in Confluence.
The table of contents is included at the top of the document.
As the document becomes longer, you can click the item in the table of contents to move the scroll.
If you click on the table of contents, the url in the moved state will have a hashtag at the end.
If the url is composed only in English or numbers, it will work normally.
However, if url contains special characters that are not English or numbers, it works only when I click on the table of contents, and I can not remember the location of the scroll when I refresh the page or share the url to someone else.
Is there a way to remember the scroll position even if url contains special characters?
Thank you in advance.
