Can I merge Confluence Server instance with Confluence Cloud?

I'm trying to merge questions for confluence with another instance. Is that possible? I cannot find any documentation on how to do it. Thanks.

There is a cloud migration assistant app from atlassian :

You can give above a try or you can export each space individually then import on cloud.
