Can I get a list of notifications sent in the last 24 hours?

Confluence:

A person who doesn't have permissions to a Space received a notification about a page being created in the Space.

Is there any way I can get a list of notifications sent to see if this has happened to anyone else?

There isn't a list of notifications as such, but this article on how to subscribe to notifications might help you to determine why your user got the notification, it also explains what you can do to turn them off.
