Can I get a link hover preview to display a specific part of the page?

If I create a link on a page, and save,  when a user hovers over the link they get a nice preview.  Is it possible to control what part of the page gets displayed in the preview?  Maybe by somehow tagging the content?

@Jeremy Chapman I am unaware of any way to set this on the page in the delivered product.  I am also not aware of any app that provides this feature.  I was not able to find a feature request for this.  I would suggest submitting one here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
