I'm using the Label List macro to create a list of topics for a data dictionary space. The users of the data dictionary will be a mix of internal staff and external, public users. When I click on a label, it takes me to a "Labelled Content" page that offers a lot more information than I want to present to public users. For example, they can see related labels that I've excluded from the Label List macro and it looks like they can change settings to search all spaces instead of just the current space. It's also too much information to show who lasted edited the page (it's always the same person) and when for each listed page.
Is there a macro that would better meet my needs and display a page just listing the pages with the selected label, without all the additional information/options on the "Labelled Content" page?
Or is there a way to edit what's displayed on the "Labelled Content" page?
Thank you!
you can not edit the labelled content page. We have had a similar issue but the label list macro is still the best way to list the labels. Something to consider is individuals can only search content that they have access to so spaces that they do not have access to they will not see.
