Can I edit the contents of email notifications through the UI/Admin settings?

Due to security protocols here, we would much prefer that user notification emails don't contain the contents of the changes/comments. What I would like is for the email to just let a user know that there is a new comment/change and a link to the Confluence page. I am hoping this can be done through the UI.

Thanks, yeah I saw that, but was hoping there was a way to do it through the UI.
