In hosted versions of Confluence I always used macros to display the burndown charts for my JIRA projects. Now I don't see this macro in the OnDemand version. Is there a way to display burndown chart in Confluence for OnDemand installation.

Here is the official reply that I got from Atlassian support. Basically the answer is - NO, this is not possible and there are no workarounds :(

Hi Konstantin,

Thank you for contacting Atlassian Support.

Actually this is not available in OnDemand since this's part of External Gadgets and per Restricted Functions in Atlassian OnDemand External gadgets are not allowed in Atlassian OnDemand.

I'm afraid that there is no a feasible workaround for this, perhaps the only option is to migrate to Confluence Standalone since you can have more options there.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need any further information.

Cheers,
Omar

Hello Konstantin,

Honestly I could only see this option in Ondemand as well. I've tried to search for this but no luck so far. I know that you can add it to JIRA but not sure if you can use it on Confluence side.

This doc may help you: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/Using+the+Classic+Hour+Burndown+Chart+Gadget

I'll leave this question open so others can help as well.

Regards,

Rodrigo
