Can I create a survey in Confluence?

I would like to create a survey in my Confluence space to gather information from users. I do not see any information on the site about how to do this, but I am almost positive I saw a demonstration a while back in which someone had a survey on their page. Is this possible and if so, how can I create? Thank you!

Hi @Jessica Queen ! If you also have Jira, you can use a Jira business project (you might have one already where you would like the feedback to go!) and use the forms to create a survey. They're not superrrr customizable, but there are some tricks. This would allow you to copy the Jira form link into Confluence and it would embed and display in the page view.

Hi you would need to add an app to do that - there are many in the Marketplace. We have a great one in Kolekti Forms, Surveys & Polls for confluence but there are others too. If you need any help or a demo just ask as happy to help!
