Can I change the max attachment size in confluence temporarily?

Can I change the max attachment size temporarily to upload a file larger then 10 MB then set the size back down?

Will the larger than 10 MB file still be able to be there and be downloaded afterwards? I am just wondering if this will cause any issues.

Yes.

Actually, I have nothing else to say for a change.  Your proposal is fine, you'll be able to upload a bigger file, then put it back to 10Mb.  You'll find your file can still be read by confluence.

Ok, one minor caveat - don't upload huge files - confluence won't handle them well, it's not designed to be a file store.
