Can I change the email address of Jira/confluence users in my company?

i am trying to a change an existing user email id in Atlassian, I could not able to see the option please help me.

What user system are you using for Cloud?  Is it Atlassian accounts, Google accounts, or have you hooked up your internal user directory via Atlassian identity?

not integrated with any other Identity, all users are atlassian cloud users. this can be managed through Mange users from the admin console.
