Can I automatically link Jira tickets with an specific label to a Confluence page?

Is it possible that once someone creates a Jira ticket with an specific label it can go directly a confluence page?
I know I can copy paste the issue/epic link manually but was wondering if it's possible to avoid the manual work here?

Thanks :)

Hi @Roberto Prieto

Where on the page does it need to be visual?

Aside from Alex's answer, one simple alternative might be to have those issues visualised using the Jira Issues macro

You could set the parameters of the macro to specify all listed issues must have the label!

That's exactly what I needed, thanks Stephen!
