I am interested to creating calendars on my team for each analyst. I want to be able to link their JIRA tasks to the Confluence calendar to see an overview of their timelines. How do I go about this? Do I need to create personalized filters?

Welcome to Atlassian community.
If you have configured application links between confluence and Jira, then you should be able to add it to team calendar. Try the steps in the below URL, it should help.
