CAN'T LOGIN

Hi,

I can login with recovery password procedure.

I have delete connection between JIRA and confluence due a continue disconnection when execute contemporaneous access into JIRA and Confluence with the same user.

I have used JIRA for user management.

Can you help me ?

Hi @Fabrizio_Oldrati , 

I guess, you are trying both from the same browser. Can you check if you are able to connect to JIRA and Confluence from different browsers at the same time and not experiencing the disconnects?

If the issue is on the same browser, try to clean up the cookies, cache and try. However, if you are still noticing the issue, can you share the errors noticed in the logs for review?
