Hello Community,
We are about to make a change to SharePoint that will result in a change to the SharePoint URL (not the Confluence base URL).
Is there a good solution for centrally changing all content linked to SharePoint in Confluence spaces and pages to the new SharePoint URL?
Hi @DWedekind
In the past, I used Find and Replace by EasyApps. You can replace a string in the URL.
The screenshot is from my private Confluence :)
I'm one of the creators of the app @Kris Klima _K15t_ mentioned (thanks Kris).
@DWedekind find and replace for URLs is one of a group of bulk content management features in Space Content Manager.
Add all the spaces you want to look for links. In this example I did a preview of changing the links in our docs (we use K15t's Scroll Sites).
As you can see it also shows mailto links.
Nothing changes until you click replace which is not show on the screenshot.
I'm assuming you are an admin, bulk changing URLs is an admin only feature.
This page from our docs explains it in more detail plus about link formatting in Confluence.

@DWedekind I just realized that this is for Server/Data Center. Space Content Manager is cloud only.
