Bulk Updating Confluence Pages via WebDav

I am trying to write an XSLT plugin that converts XML to the Confluence WebDav directory structure. The idea is to update pages and attachments in bulk.

But I am unable to create folders in or write to the local mapped WebDav folder on my Windows 10 PC.

I am getting the following error:

Do you know how to resolve this issue?

If this works, I would prefer the WebDav approach over the Confluence Server REST APIs, which seems to be a slower approach to update many pages at once.

@antony terrence What account are you using to create the folder?  Does it have the proper permissions?  I have seen that error when the account does not have the proper permissions to create the folder.
